You may find some genuine abuses from Indian forces but Sir it's a war zone situation there and direct involvement of Foreign intelligence agencies of pakistan and there supported insurgents militant groups Any nation Would do same as India in this situation.yoy will find that the problems were started mainly after 1989 when insurgents trained by ISI started persecution of Minorities in Kashmir valley. Sir india try to control it as much as can presently many international communities are in favor of just in maintaining status quo including UN.

Land belong to the country - ask the chinese or the singaporeans - they only or use to lease the land, farm etc to the people for a period of time. People buy a piece of land from the country or its previous owner and it carries forward - the country has the right to take it back whenever it wants by paying a compensation or not. But the overall land / state / resources / infrastructure / facilities / air / water etc belong to the country. We have the accession documents as owners.

Yeah, land doesn't belong to people, it belongs to the country. Whatever is within the boundary of a country belongs to the country. As for expelling them, where do we expel them to? they are free to go anywhere they desire.Till they follow the country's rules or do not break any laws beyond the freedom of speech and the freedom of protest given to them by the constitution - they are free to stay, any anti state activity - and the country's laws come into effect.

Not entirely but mostly true. This is what happened.

i. A terrorist of JeM was killed in an encounter.
ii. The terrorist's supporters (meaning a large part of the population) poured into the streets.
iii. Indian forces fired blank rounds (no civilian casualties)
iv. Tral is in South Kashmir and there was little to no Military presence at all before the incident. (see the pictures above - they are all the JnK Police)

The rest is common. The anti Hindu slogans, India flag burnings, beating up police constables etc are all very common instances.

However the KM leadership is using this only as a pawn. Since Hinduphobia is very popular in the area, the simple speeches of a possible return of non Muslim natives is enough to drive many people nuts.

No, they are freedom fighter. They do not want to be part of India.

Actually India is a terrorist country because it illegally occupied Kashmir, Hyderabad and Sikkim by deception/force since 1947. If you believe that Kashmiri people love to be part of India then you should conduct a referendum under U.N. Let us see what Kashmiri decide. Until then India will known as terrorist nation lead by thugs.
