i think Russia offered MI-28 not MI-35.

In short the article saying that sale of Mi-35 to Pakistan is approved from Russian side and now the matter is under discussion for technical aspects by both sides to finalize the purchase.

Reminds me about a leak photo of PAA pilot with a Russian training Heli.

Russian sale of MI-35s to Pakistan was already confirmed. Hence this has to be something to do with the actual delivery schedule.
