What's happening in Indian jails? Hang him after he's found guilty in court. These incidents are setting a bad precedent. Mob justice is never good, more so when someone is in Jail.

Rapists, molesters and child killers are the lowest rung in the hierarchy of criminals in jails - the other inmates despise them - specially the death row convicts, the rapists are routinely beaten up by them.

It is laws such as what you prescribe that makes radicals and other anti-social elements in UK have a free ride while common people fail to get justice.

Jails are a parallel world with hardcore killers who are the kingpins followed by the rest - the rapists are despised by everybody because of their crimes of harming women - most of these inmates have families outside the jail and they lay it on the rapists for harming women and children. The beatings they administer on the rapists are sort of an extension of their punishment - the jail administrators turn a blind eye to their beatings - which they deserve anyways.

Crime, Law and order and the judicial system in India is quite a complicated system to explain and to understand, it does operate by the book but equally it doesn't operate by the book as well - there is a huge leeway put in place on purpose - but end of the day the system works just like everything else in India.

first of all we are not sure the accused is rapist. Secondly if they are not human, such law should be made and punishment should be given.

The end result remains the same no matter what you say; the victim's family gets no justice or gets justice when the whole time to make the impact and deliver peace to the hearts of these poor innocent families has long gone.

Then you are contradicting yourself since you are making a judgement based on your inherent dislike of all the police officers. While I know that Indian police is one of the most ill-equipped and unreformed (since British Raj), there are a lot of good people in them as well lurking around.

Then the justice and law system of the country needs to be revaluated and changed fast to deliver swift justice. Death penalty for proven rapes and proven murder of intention must be reinstated and human rights activists who are paid by foreign forces to protest nonsense should be banned from interfering into the matters of law and safety of citizens.

See, the system is like a cycle wheel; it will continue to deliver nonsense if it is not reformed. Which means that there has to be a 360 degree overhaul of the judicial system which includes stern levels of accountability in the law system from each worker. If the government repeatedly fails to give justice to rape victims then people will lose faith and start taking matters into their own hands.

No, he is wrong and I am right. If I am an undertrial, I am innocent until proven guilty. People dont beat accused rapists because of delay, its because they are allowed to do so.

maybe you did not read his post..he clearly mentions "proven rapists and murderers"...and if they have been proven to do something then they deserve everything ...until then they need to be protected..
