Wouldnt it be betyer if religion is not listed when filing for application so that biases on religious lines dont affect hiring?

Minorities have reserved seats in govt vacancies, which means that they compete against both the merit and quota vacancies. That is a big favor which people like me give, who can't get a job despite scoring 80 marks while a non-Muslim gets the same job on minority quota by scoring 65 marks.

Qadianis have to declare their religion because they pose themselves as Muslims. And BTW, in the armed forces you have to mention not only your religion but also your sect(ISSB), that has not stopped any qadiani from becoming a general. @Desert Fox

Asking someone to state their religion is not wrong but to discriminate against him in any which way is absolutely wrong and against basic human value of equality.

If Pakistan discriminates against it’s minorities after getting their information then it must be protested and condemned relentlessly within Pakistan and also from the international community.

Also the information thus gathered should not to open to general public and this data must also be leak proof, Pakistani establishment should proceed only after it can can guarantee this.

What kind of people do you associate with if you think people will hate others because of their religion? If this is not true for you or the people you associate it, why do you assume it to be true for the general public?

Do Qaidiyani's face hatred - i'm sure they do, but the fact of the matter is, if it was as widespread as you or some of them are making it out to be, they would be a footnote in history.
