Remember his entire era , and those were the best years to live in Pakistan. Crimes were low. Cost of living was very low.
Banking system had no compound interest.
Borders were secure and India was being dealt with.
Pakistan had a high status in international community. Economy was strong and peace prevailed.
Indian propaganda , products and media were banned.
Women observed Parda and men were scared of the harsh punishment for indecent acts against women.
His funeral was one of the largest in the world with 70 government delegations from around the world, including about 40 heads of state, even India's PM.

Most people who are too young to have lived or remembered his era, hate him. *correction*
Because politicians in Pakistan have the habit of blaming the military for all of their own doings.

Nope, I am talking about men with white beard

Collective cursing as a group

And he left "gifts" that are still "rewarding" the nation today. What a legacy!

Since everyone is a shaheed in Pakistan from liaquat ali khan to benazir nothing much can be said without annoying people.

as much as i hate bhutto, zia too did nothing and ran the country on adhoc basis.

From the loss of siachen to ojri camp from a rigged referendum to a corrupt elite of sharif family and from imf bail outs to massive bureaucratic corruption, nothing changed.

Right after his death also Pakistan again went for a bailout.

We need a sound structure where we can survive on our own and reform for example judicial system and police which is still being run on 1860s regulations. sadly no one does that.

That was biggest mistake. People think they can control crooks but they can't. NS is biting its hand.
Siachen and kargil issue can be secondary or even tertiary.
Zia guarded the atomic bomb production and fought with the USSR.

Greatest leader in Pakistan's history by far and this country stands today due to his work... He did such a work that made possible today's Pakistan.. He made Pakistan strong and formidble because he build a base where Pakistan can't be undone

That‘s why your family fled to Denmark lol Pakistan is virtually bankrupt and the every problem exists - Pakistan got it. Great foundation indeed built by ISIS Zia
...and you most certainly are NOT Turkish.

[PDF] has never had any Turkish trashtalk Pakistan. I have spent a great deal of time in a number of cities in Turkey. The love & respect I got for being a Pakistani is unimaginable.

You're a fraud & its time you showed your true colors. Why pretend to be a citizen of such an amazing nation?!!

it doesnt matter who comes to power none of them reformed the system and till now we are staring at another bail out 23 rd time.

Siachen is still a major issue but the irony is pres zia elected himself after few months of this loss. whatever the consequences of ussr war would be yes zia played a v imp role.

Neither bhuto or zia can be fully credited with nukes. Pak establishment as an institution decided it after 71. They had no choice but to follow.

Pakistan needs a reformer preferably from an intelligence background otherwise we will be jumping from one system to another.

It's funny that most of these islamist monkeys live in west but want 7th century society for their home countries, so selfish and inconsiderate.
