Why would taliban fight for Pakistan? We are asking for trade with India ..making agreements with them on LOC..let them do whatever they are wishing in kashmir and now hoping taliban will fight ? Why ?..
They have already declared there relationship not depend vis a vis Pakistan ..also logically they need to rule Pakistan first to do what you are asking ...

Apparently, the Taliban have been living in and operating from Pakistan for around a quarter of a century. In fact the Taliban's founder Mullah Omar even passed away in a hospital in Karachi. Sounds like the Taliban are quite comfortable in Pakistan.

Can the same be said for India? Will Taliban need to demolish and rebuild India in their own image so they can enjoy the same freedoms they've received in Pakistan? I think that's something we're going to find out over the next quarter of a century.
