Crazy E-business in BRICS countries!

Seem you are poor in math...take the e Commerce figure of India and China...use the CAGR of 30% for India and 10% for China. India will equal China lot faster than 2099.
Are you saying India can always maintain 30% growth for every year until 2040? You are delusion :enjoy:

. .
In vedic maths, yes.....
Great opportunity for China and USA, their E-commerce is controlled by G2.
India infrastructure is so poor it will be a massive hinder for E-commerce growth.

I bet it will be more expensive to ship an item from Chennai to New Delhi than an item from Beijing to Bangkok.

China infrastructure transport is even more superior than US and western Europe. It is so cheap and efficient to ship an item from all major cities within China.

Can lorry drivers drive all the way from Chennai to Delhi without accessing to any non-access-controlled roads?
In another word, on one single controlled-access expressway without being harassed by pedestrians, 2/3-wheels, red lights.

China east to Mohe-Tengchong Line, where 90+% Chinese live, has higher expressway density than most western countries.
Check this outdated map. (now 130000 km)

Controlled-access expressway network between Central China's Wuhan and Western China's Xi'an.
Completely comprehensive and controlled-access, from any point on this network to another, one driver does not need to exit the expressway network.
No need to enter any urban region, the only place to see waking people is at service stations.

It is called normalizing. I hope you do recognize that China too cannot grow at 10% every year indefinitely. As it is hard to forecast long term growth rates of China and India. The estimate is done by thinking that both grow at a forecasted rates for foreseeable future.

E-commerce is the future!
When to reach one trillion dollars in China?

Mobile e-commerce sales will account for more than half of all online retail shopping in China by 2016, according to new data.

New York-based research firm eMarketer predicted that mobile e-commerce sales will make up 10.9 per cent of total retail sales in the country next year, and 55.5 per cent of total online retail shopping, as the sector grows 51.42 per cent to reach a record high of US$505.74 billion, up from an estimated US$333.99 billion this year.

Why there is no second largest population in the map???? :enjoy:

That will happen in 2012. You will see. Population dividend.

well, they will be proud of the highest growth rate....
But who cares?
When China's E commerce was only merely tens of billions, the growth rate was more than 100% (any historic data @TaiShang @Martian2 ? )

And China's E-commerce is adding SEVERAL india's entire E-commerce economy EVERY SINGLE YEAR!
So what just 10 percent?

In 2016, retail e-commerce growth rate in China of e-business was about 20%.

In 2009, when China's retail e-business was about four times of India's growth rate today, China's growth was over 100%.

.
Yet India is the fastest growing :P

Haha, keep jumping. That is just a forecast to 2021 and india shoudnt be there as it said "asia pacific"

India has the ability to have as big a e business market as china. As they say It is just population stupid.

Einstein: how long would it take for indians to grow your e-commerce business to our size now when you have this basic problem unresolved:

India's e-commerce market is smaller than Brazil and not that much higher than Russia. For a population of 1.3 billion ppl, it's very very small.

India is a giant on wiki editing and YouTube bragging. China can't even come close!
