It is true that many million people have come out of poverty during the last ten years. Since this phenomena is progressive once it is initiated, therefore, more people will come out of poverty in the coming years. Rapid industrialization is what is needed to make the country poverty-free. Since industrialization requires supply of electricity, therefore, GoB must build more power plants, albeit, not with Indian investment and Indian low-grade coal.
