.
in fact , western country 、 india 、japan 、 Asia 、Africa ‘s CORRUPTION in the same level ...The difference is that the developed countries are rich and the developing countries are poor.

The MPs do not do things for the people, just for the election ,This is the case in any country.

Do not believe that developing countries are more corrupt than western countries and developed countries 。。These are all propaganda and illusion ,They are just more skilled, more wealth 。

I believe this corruption index is not exclusive to just the government...it is also day to day things like having people expect you to give them a bribe or your paperwork ends up on the bottom of a pile on their desk. You are probably correct in your assertion that as countries get more developed and the average wealth increases people are less likely to do stuff like that.

corruption , it is not only human ,also any animals have corruption ....include me , I have taken a bribe 。Corruption not only includes bribery, but also laziness, etc .。。 There are many differences between corruption in rich countries and corruption in poor countries ,But it is still corrupt 。 Not just the government,The people will be corrupt, too . Any system will corrupt, including the democratic system, the socialist system and the capitalist system.。。。Because human beings are the loopholes that like to drill the system . 。The result of corruption is the inefficiency, the inability to do things 。。。and look at the efficiency --- Medical, education, transportation, law, etc .No state exception 。Whether it is a poor country or a rich country.

Corruption is human nature, the law of the universe, the pursuit of human beings, and who does not want to live the best of life with the least cost. Who does not want much money, little thing.

LOL! I think you are talking more about an acceptance of a general lack of ethics in a particular society. I wouldn't write off humanity around the world that quickly. Good ethics may subliminally be enforced by either good teaching or a general fear of reprisal. For instance if there is a line to get through a doorway I could easily push my way passed the 3 little old ladies in front of me trying to get through. However I don't do it. Not sure if its been burnt into my head that is simply the wrong thing to do or it's because I risk having my head curb stomped by the other people in line.

I understand you ... but i think it's not in a particular society ,it is any society .
Officials are the people . Officials are more prone to corruption than the people ,It is not because the people are better, but because the people have no conditions . Corruption and crime are to be tempted by interest.
IF interest =10000 dollar , you don't corrupt , but interest = 1000000 , you could corrupt . if interest = 1 normal girl ,you don't corrupt , but interest = 3 pretty girl , you could corrupt .
When a system is long, someone will find the loophole of the system . Whether it is capitalism, socialism, and democracy, this is the case. Like a man's life, it will grow old and then die.
No one can change . You are an American, and I can tell you that the United States will die for democracy .
Everything goes to the end is death, and democracy is the same . If people drink more water, people will die .
If people/country drink more democracy/free , people/country will die too . The reverse is the same . Even if nothing is wrong, it will die. Because of time .
Education and morality will reduce corruption, but corruption can never be eliminated .
Corruption in rich countries is no less than poor countries, but is covered by affluence . In rich countries, $1000 has led to corruption, but $10 in poor countries leads to corruption . This is the difference.

When a country develops well, the people will feel less corrupt. It is true that the rich society does reduce some types of corruption, but it will also increase some types of corruption.。。。

Look at the roads in each country, the quality of the road, how much it costs to repair the road, and how much time it takes to repair the road .
Many countries have become accustomed to corruption. think It is normal to build a highway for a few years , It is normal to see a doctor and spend a lot of money , It is normal to think that the cost of lawyers is high. In fact, it's all caused by corruption.
Corruption is in everywhere 。。。。。。Success and prosperity can cover up corruption and change the type of corruption.

.

I think corruption definitely becomes lesser of a problem further down the chain as countries become wealthier. I haven’t had to pay off anybody to get something done. However that doesn’t mean further up the chain corruption doesn’t exist. So you could say the corruption index is higher for countries where you see corruption rampant in the lower links of the chain.

yes, you are right ...when rich , corrupt will less ... because ago 10 dollar can corrupt , now 100 dollar maybe corrupt . when poor , one normal girl can corrupt ,when rich one more pretty girl can corrupt . ..........................richer to lazier , is corrupt . when rich , work time down ...example ,A doctor, in a poor country, can treat 20 people a day, and in rich countries, only 5 people can be treated . ten years later ,only 3 people can be treated ..This is the cause of medical problems in the United States 。。。The root is the corruption of the whole medical community .。。Every American doctor is a corrupt person.if the medical community'S corruption is ranked .The United States will NO.1

.
Corruption should carry capital punishment.

Anything less is corruption itself.

End of.

.
In Australia you can't bribe anyone if you try and bribe a cop for example you will be jailed for at least 2 years.

It’s not that simple to lump doctors and lawyers in one basket. You can go to clinics here and sit in a
waiting room with 100 people and pay close to nothing and then 1 mile away another clinic has a waiting room with 15 people and charges you a mint. It’s unfortunate but there’s definitely a price difference. Even insurance companies will attempt to steer you away from them by saying they are “out of network” and so if you go to them you may have to pay say 30% of the bill. However there is no shortage of people with money who keep these places in business.

It’s just like colleges. Some stick it to you with high tuition because they know they will always have a ton of applicants due to their “prestige” factor.
