Since I haven't heard this speech of IK where he actually said 125 billion USD were smuggled out of Pakistan each year, I cannot comment on that. Provide me with some references to that speech.

PS: I am not a Potian. I also supported the cause of TuQ and I will still support him when he returns after Muharram. I will support anyone who fights for the Pakistani people.

Big corporate giants are way more diligent and astute as compared to PDF arm-chair economists. If someone buys the Steel Mills, he would actually be buying only real estate because that is only what is left. He won't be buying a business but only land. The "BUSINESS" is long gone.
