Scientists in Italy have identified a sample of the novel
coronavirus
collected from a young boy late last year that they say is genetically identical to the earliest strain isolated in the Chinese city of Wuhan almost a year ago.
The sample was collected on December 5, 2019 in Milan from a boy who was first thought to have contracted measles, according to the researchers from the University of Milan.
It was a “100 per cent match” of a genome segment of the first Sars-CoV-2 viral strain collected from a seafood market worker in Wuhan on December 26, they said.

.
In China the first place where the virus was found is a wet market in Wuhan. Now we all know people in wet markets and ports are easy to be infected. Because there are many frozen foods imported from other countries.

Can viruses survive in frozen foods?

Well, that is the reason it is call Wuhan virus, China virus, kung flu, Winne the flu. You can't change the facts.
It is officially called COVID-19 by WHO in case you are too dumb to understand that.
Personally I prefer to called it Modi Virus or India virus since it occurred in the largest number in India in Asia.
Now you don't like it, right.
So stop trolling in here. :coffee:

This is proving the Italians were right months ago.

Italy's wide outbreak (Nov and before) is before the Chinese outbreak (December), and first cases are earlier than in China.

Italy was probably not the first to get this. Much of Europe and the US refuses to investigate their early cases, covering up their history of having this before Italy did.

FYI, just search google with Wuhan virus or china virus, you will see the results. That is sad fact, you have to live with it.
