Computers stolen from Pakistan’s Dhaka mission

Idiot, this happened in your country and it was your responsibility to provide security...so it is your failure.
Your embassy must have the CCTV recording....they should make it public or hand it to BD police. This story doesn't add up.....too many holes.

Hahahahaha please do it beggardeshi its a fantastic option. Pakistanis will welcome this. As our foreign Office har**mkhors are too beghairat to do anything, we would welcome it as =this pathetic relations will be over and see Banglas have finally grown a spine. Banglas would love more holidays announced by dalaal Hasina called Anth Utsav :rofl:
Why so hate?:( Let's be friends.

. .
What a stupid country we are vbeen atomic power and in hostile country we cant keep our defence attache and few marines inside to our embasies its an embaresment usa keep marines as diplomats and security officials to secure inner parametres

.
Their story do not add up.

They say it happened in 22nd November. But only reporting it now.

They should have the CCTV recordings of what happened inside the embassy. Give it to BD authorities or make it public if you don't trust BE authorities.

It looks plain dramabazi. :hitwall:

Pakistan need to sack their foreign ministry officials.

"They are the friends of our enemies" - Rahmet-li Jinnah upon observing the intransigence and treachery among the Dacca University students in 1948 at the behest of their Hindu masters who kept them under the worst socio-economic conditions for 200 years under the Permanent Settlement during the British Raj

Ahh Pak statesmen Ahh!!! Only if you have possessed an miniscule part (<1%) of the intelligence/foresight/wisdom etc. of Jinnah....

As for the BD Muslims, they are now termed and treated like the Termites!!! According to my knowledgeable BD acquaintances in our Islamic Center, the ground realities are in such a dire straits that it might turn into "Hutsi-Tutsi" like situation b/w the Indian/Hindu supported thugs/traitors/scums/looters etc. and the general populace....

pakistan must be hard on bangladesh, but sadly not a very big chance that would happen. will losen even more confidence in pti.

wait, why is there a embassy anyways? expel the bangla comissioner

Well, both the embassy and the local police or security agency have separate CCTV networks and normally latter's security cameras are located outside the building and can easily watch who entered or left the building.

BD Muslims are like "a sudden burst of energy followed/preceded by a prolonged inertia"....

Pak needs to cut down the diplomatic relationship for the time being!!!! When the Muslims are back in power they can go for over-drive to compensate for this....

I think no harm in terminating or drastically reducing diplomatic ties with Bd until the true representative of Muslims of Bd who are not slave minded, come into power.

no issues with you personally but this incident must be investigated.

With the rise of Turkey/Pak etc., Insha'Allah BD isn't far away!!! The current RAW agents of hell know it too; hence, they're going for mindless actions in extreme fear!!! BD Muslims are unforgiving!!!! And, unlike the Indian Muslims, they do rise!!! Every ruling party member and their cohort thug's households have the potential to be turned into an inferno like that of traitor Mujib in 1975!!!! Let's wait and watch!!! Kufr continues but Zulm doesn't....

And we would hit you inside Pakistan like we have been with impunity for the last many years (apparently).
US presence is there to stay in Afghanistan btw, so gluck with your dreams.

You're misreading the situation. Your presence in Afghanistan is not natural or normal. Your ability to use Afghanistan to inflict damage to us has been extremely successful, but it isn't natural either, it's a result of a foreign occupation and a puppet government in Kabul.

You've heard the term 'strategic depth'? I think that's a contrived and overly intellectual way of conveying the fact that Pakistan is concerned with its own interests. In truth, we need a peaceful Afghanistan and one that isn't led by anti-Pakistan elements. That's basically it, and we've pursued this goal in the past too.

Also, you're completely wrong about the future.
The future will eventually see the Taliban (and other disaffected parties) brought into the Afghan political process, one way or another. The US will eventually have to move on once this is realised, it's a matter of time. That is the ONLY endgame. And we the neighbours of Afghanistan, especially Iran and Pakistan, will have good relations with the Afghans and each other. Mark my words, you'll see it happen.

Pakistan need to shutdown the mission. They failed to provide security and also stealing computers means, Bangladesh govt is involved in this operation " stealing data". I personally not in favor to have diplomatic relations with Bangladesh specially with this govt.

IMHO its IK's Liberal educational upbringing being reflected here. He studied in Britain and even in Pakistan attended institutions of education modeled on the Anglo worldview of "muh world peace" and "muh humanitarianism" (although there are inconsistencies in his foreign policy, like his security assurances to Saudi regime after news broke out about potential involvement of Saudi higher-ups in the brutal torture and murder of Khashoggi and thus drawing heat from Americans).

But who knows! Maybe IK is putting up a facade of "friendship" on the surface while prepping to heat up the Kashmiri independence resistance? Maybe he's a closeted Machiavellian and he's just too damn good at hiding it?

@Nilgiri @Psychic @LeGenD @django @Metanoia

Great....now I gotta go read this whole thread lol...coz Pakistan govt simply wont close its embassy down in BD and eject the BD one from islamabad.

Seriously I.K can in my view, start new chapter here....by making Beijing (or U.S or whoever) embassies of the two countries responsible as charge d'affaires for any lingering bilateral contacts needed. There is large invested diplomatic corps there by both to begin with...and just can be augmented as needed for extra duties.

This is all now just senseless beating around the bush and is actually harming relations even worse....when simply it can be policy of "don't care, talk to the hand" and allow relations to just stagnate at a level for some time.

@Imran Khan @django @Psychic @Game.Invade

Providing security to foreign Diplomats is the duty of host nation, hence Bangladeshi authorities have failed miserably in their responsibilities.
I highly doubt that any sensitive material would be left unattended in a country like Bangladesh which is currently just an extended state of India.

Pakistan is responsible for its embassy internal security. Diplomat's personal safety (when say outside the compound) is not the issue here....yes that is the hosts responsibility especially since they have essentially been granted personal extra-judicial protection.

Let's hope nothing sensitive was on the computers. Otherwise we know for a fact our people wouldn't have taken any basic security measures. I bet even the passwords are 123456

You don't need to get through passwords to access HDD data anyway. Pakistan may have invested in some de-gaussing fail safe mechanism for them....but who knows. It depends on what these computers tasks were.
