KSA and Iraq are bound by ancient several millennia old historical ties (since recorded history began), ancestral, tribal, racial, ethnic, genetic, cultural, religious, geographical etc. ties. I consider Saudi Arabian Arabs and Iraqi Arabs as basically one people by nationality and historical circumstances.
