Our strategic relations with china are not bassed on cash, they are much dependent on the ground situation these days & plz always remember its china, who is initiating this great dialoge between russia & pakistan.
So if , after sirya US+nato+israel ever tried to attack Iran , or even china russia & pakistan finds out any intention of it, things will be changed in a matter of days .
Friend , pakistan may nt hve cash bt it always hve other rich resources , which it can use any time it wants, & geographical location of pakistan makes it far more important thn cash now adays?

Pakistan, Russia military chiefs agree to boost defence ties

MOSCOW/RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Kayani called on Russian Federation Armed Forces Chief of General Staff (CGS) General Makarov in Moscow.

Gen Makarov welcomed the COAS and specially showed his desire to cooperate in all fields with Pakistan Armed forces.

According to a statement released by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Kayani called on Russian Federation Armed Forces Chief of General Staff (CGS) General Makarov in the Defence Ministry and the two military leaders expressed consensus to enhance the cooperation between the armies of the two countries.

Earlier, on the first day of his visit to Moscow on Thursday, General Kayani visited the tomb of an unknown soldier at the Kremlin to lay a floral wreath. The Russian band played Pakistani national anthem. A smartly turned out contingent presented guard of honour to the general. Commander in Chief Ground Forces Colonel General Vladimir Chrikin welcomed Kayani, according to ISPR.

I hope this visit is going to be good for both the countries & Pakistan Army gets Military hardware from Russia, such as attack helicopters, transport helicopters, advance air defence & strykers.

I am sure Russia is aware of India going in the lap of US & saying “yes Sir” to them on everything, so Pakistan needs to strengthen her ties with Russia at all coasts. Plus I would love to see Russia, China & Pakistan signing new pacts or agreements for economical development, trade, using of Gawadr by both the countries, building of Kala bagh dam, Bhasha Dam, power plants at Thar & Military co operation, etc.

Strengthening the ties will benefit Pakistan a lot.
