The visa woes of Pakistan's T20 Champions League team are set to end. The organisers have now told CNN-IBN that it was a human error that led to the goof up, which forced them to leave their hotel in Chandigarh as they had a visa only for Mohali. The visas given to the players permit them to stay in Mohali where the first match is scheduled for Tuesday. For matches in Mohali, the norm is to give visas for both Mohali and Chandigarh.

The Punjab Cricket Board has now said the issue should be resolved on Monday and that the players' visas will be extended allowing them to stay in Chandigarh.

There seems to have been some mistake. Visas have been issued for all the places where the matches are scheduled. This has happened perhaps because the person getting the visa organised did not realise that the venue of match was Mohali, but there were no hotels in that area and that there was a need for Chandigarh visa for staying purpose," said GS Walia, Joint Secy, Punjab Cricket Association.
