You escalate in Kashmir and Mumbai attacks will be regular event in India. Up until now IA has not crossed certain red lines and neither have Kashmiri groups retaliated by escalation. The violence has been directed at occupying forces.

If that becomes ineffective then the general public will likely be targeted.

In specific, what is your Gov done to make Kashmir militancy successful? Did you force Gulf states to make any deal with India till Kashmir is resolved nor you negotiated with China to pressurise India to move out of Kashmir..
