or

b) People agree to Permit based taxes

Qurbani Permit (Per animal)
Road Access Permit (Tolls / Monthly)
Cell phone recharge ( Tax / recharge)
Small Shop permit (Monthly )

c) People honestly donate 9,000 rupee per year or 100 dollar, for each Nadra card holder
To renew Nadra card to access services
