Citizens rally condemns propaganda against Army

FATA Awareness Initiative: Pro Army rally in Islamabad raises eyebrows (The News, 12 May 2011)

Islamabad—The citizens of the federal capital under the auspices of Pakistan Citizens Forum on Wednesday took out a rally from National Press Club to the Parliament House to condemn the propaganda against the Pakistan Army and national institutions after the Abbottabad operation.

The participants of the rally, while paying tributes to the Pakistan Army for its unprecedented sacrifices in the war against terrorism, termed the propaganda as a conspiracy by anti-state elements. The participants of the rally were holding placards inscribed with slogans in favour of the Pakistan Army and national institutions.

Addressing the rally, general secretary of the CDA labour union, Chaudhry Yasin said that the personnel of Pakistan Army have rendered matchless sacrifices in the war against terrorism and their sacrifices cannot be ignored.—INP

thay may be right......people criticize the army for kayani and pasha not resigning.....why should they until no charge has been brought upon them???.......people ask for an inquiry...the army does one...but they say that results are not out...the army never dishes out the results of an inquiry.....the perpetrators are dealt strictly

wat a hoax... i saw this so called rally in islamabad, close to my office...

around 100 people if not less and 10 20 banners tied to the trees around the gathering. clear set-up by the PA and ISI
