Contructive arguments implies argument with solution to offer. Blank rhetoric tactic is not going to help run the nation. Perfect example of acceptable metaphor that suits to Pakistan society such as, women complaining to their husbands for not doing right without helping or offering solution while their husbands at least trying to make some efforts which is better than nothing.
