BEIJING: China's fiscal revenue rose 8.6 percent from a year earlier to 14 trillion yuan ($2.24 trillion), the Ministry of Finance said on Friday.

China's fiscal expenditure increased 8.2 percent last year to 15.2 trillion yuan, the ministry said on its website

How is it related to Indian GDP?

That's a huge amount of Government revenue per year.

And remember that the Defense budget comes out of the Government budget as well.

We spend only about 5% of our Government budget on Defense, one of the lowest ratios in the world.

So there is plenty of room to raise that number.

Our Government revenue is already almost as much as America's Government revenue!

That means we have a huge amount of money in the Government budget, yet our Defense spending is so much lower than America's.

Is it right that we spend such a small percentage of our Government budget for Defense? Only 5%, nearly the lowest in the world.

It should be raised in the next decade for sure.

China is a great nation with unique ways to increase GDP and revenue which no other country has: If they try, they can surpass US GDP withinn couple of here. Look here how easily they added 50% GDP of india to Chinese GDP. Really Amazing...................
