Chinese electronics giant Xiaomi Starts Manufacturing Televisions in India

He is constantly bothering you with the uncomfortable truth...Definitely you don't have any defence except to insult and attack him personally..call him low-IQ etc.. He is really annoying.

Yeah, Xiaomi or any other international Tech giant building manufacturing and R&D facilities is truly an uncomfortable truth to India as a whole. LOL :bunny::bunny::bunny:

the fact that every global tech giant, including few Chinese Tech and Telecom companies setting up their manufacturing and R&D, read it loud and clear R&D in India is always a great welcome sign for our development, and nothing is going to change the fact, no matter how hard you guy's ridicule and troll. LOL, so keep it up, that's the best you guys can do. :enjoy::enjoy::enjoy:

Like.....just answer his question head on instead of going in evasive roundabouts.

Is Apple a Chinese company?

Atually, i think just about every tech company in the world would be Chinese

Atually, u r shooting yourself in the foot eithout realising it.

Seesonic(and just about every other members here)obviously knows nobody would ever able to boycott chinese products. Doing so would be going back to the stone age with no internet, smartphones, pcs, washing machines, TVs,etc.

Hence, u reaffirmed the real point he was trying to make- that indians who talk about boycotting chinese products- are just talking aka NATO(No action, talk only)

Hence, when u do not practice what u preach- it becomes a joke to others

Humor fodder(they probably have Xiaomi or other chinese smartphones in the pockets of their dhottis, even while holding those placards lol):

Thanks.
Again you missed same thing ,
Few thousand protesters / few articles does not reflect opinion of a billion
If you believe them then its your stupidity

.
That's great, it'll make Xaoimi richer and hopefully we'll see a Chinese company overtake apple and samsung as the #1 brand in the global smartphone market.

True enough,

These protesting folks are paid by the chinese embassy to stage a protest.

. .
Can u show some example? Also, do u mean to include other brands owned by xiaomi, such as Baseus, etc? If so, i agree its expensive, even here in singapore.

This Baseus mini fan cost me ~20 SGD. Its about the size of my palm, just slightly bigger. I bought 5 of it. For the same price, i could have gotten 4 LARGE fans of some unknown generic brands from my local appliances store
Xiaomi products like laptops, TV's, etc are relatively expensive in Pakistan.

. .
So boycotting chinese product made in China or

Boycott made in India, chinese product?

I am confused :omghaha:

Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro India launch likely before November 20, can be priced around Rs 15,000

Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 5 Pro in Thailand in September. The company will be making the phone official in Indonesia today. As of now, there are no official words regarding the India launch of the Redmi Note 6 Pro, but a report coming from 91 Mobiles reveals new details about the India launch details of the phone. According to the report, the Redmi Note 6 Pro could be launching in India before November 20. In Thailand, the Redmi Note 6 Pro was launched for 6,990 baht which roughly translates to Rs 15,600.

Some reports reveal that even in Indonesia, the smartphone could be priced around Rs 16,000. And we expect the same pricing when the smartphone comes to India. The Redmi Note 6 Pro will succeed one of the most popular smartphones by the company in recent times, the Redmi Note 5 Pro. The Note 5 Pro received immense popularity in India ever since its launch, and the same is expected of the Redmi Note 6 Pro when it comes to India.

In India, the Redmi Note 5 Pro 4GB RAM and 64GB storage version is priced at Rs 14,999, while the top-end version with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage costs Rs 16,999. The Redmi Note 6 Pro has been launched only in one variant in Thailand, that is, with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage which is further expandable up to microSD card. Compared to the Redmi Note 5 Pro, the Redmi Note 6 Pro isn't a major upgrade. The only areas where the new Redmi phone gets improved are in the design, screen size and camera department. Infact, the camera setup is the best thing about the Redmi Note 6 Pro. It comes with two cameras on both front and the back. The four cameras on the Redmi Note 6 Pro makes the Xiaomi phone the first one to have four cameras under the Rs 20,000 price tag, that is, if only Xiaomi prices the phone so aggressively.

The Redmi Note 6 Pro, much like the Redmi 6 Pro comes with a notched display. In India, this will be the second Redmi phone to pack notched display. The smartphone sports a 6.26-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 and screen-to-body-ratio of 86 per cent and covered with a 2.5D Gorilla Glass. Similar to the Redmi Note 5 Pro, the Note 6 Pro is also powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset and as noted, comes paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage which can be further expanded via microSD card.

The smartphone comes with a dual camera setup on the back and also on the front. On the back, it packs a primary sensor of 12-megapixel with Dual Pixel autofocus and f/1.9 aperture, and a secondary sensor of 5-megapixel for depth sensing. On the front, the phone includes a primary sensor of 20-megapixel with Superpixel, f/2.0 aperture, and a secondary sensor of 2-megapixel for dynamic portrait shots. The smartphone comes with a massive 4000mAh battery similar to that of the Redmi Note 5 Pro. In Thailand, the Redmi Note 6 Pro has been launched in three colour variants -- Black, Blue and Rose Gold.
