The most powerful ones among China's nuclear arsenal have yields of over 4 megatons. In comparison,The most powerful among India's nuclear warheads has an yield of 0.05 megatons which is minuscule.

You are talking about something that China has for 4 decades. based on the national strength and manufacturing and technological know how, whatever India has , China has it dozens of times bigger and more powerful, besides, all Chinese cities have nuclear proof underground tunnels finished in 1970s so that all citizens can go underground in case of nuclear war for protection. Does India have something like that?
