India's auto production is barely 1/7 of China's, let alone 90% of cars running on indian roads are little midget ones which can hardly considered as "cars" here in China.... india's GDP figure is fake: their living standard and quality of life can hardly be compared to China 15 years ago, no matter car sales, infrastructure or whatever. One exception is they do have more China-made smartphones today because smartphones were not there 15 years ago
