China's growing influence in Central Asia

What do you think about this? Are we failing our Turkic heritage by giving way to too much influence by Chinese and especially Russians in Turkic lands

I personally think it's about time we undertook some serious measures to get Turkic states under our wings. This may sound far fetched and "Turanic" dreamlike. But we either ignore our history and cultural bindings or our state actively commits itself to this cause. Perhaps it's time we redefined our core interests
What does influence mean, like having influence in politics of those countries or something like a cultural cooperation?
To be honest Turkey doesnt have much options, a cultural and economical cooperation is already happening in most Turkic countries but anything beyond that is simply not possible.
China has much more to offer and Turkey is way too far to be able to increase its influence beyond a certain degree, same goes for Pakistan too for exsample, thats a ground reality.

Turkeys size and abilities are only enough for its imadiate neighborhood like Balkans, ME and Caucasus, though the same goes for China, maybe to a little bigger extent but by far not what you'd expect for such a big country, Russia with 1/10th of Chinas population is much more successful in this regard.

Of course, I do not disagree with that but growing Chinese influence is a challenge for Russia. Isn't it?
Current USA policy has driven Russia and China a close ally

Had a century of humiliation, we only get our house in order like 30 years ago and things are looking up finally.
