In railway, the goal of HSR is 40,000-50,000 km at least, now only 16,000km. The development of China's infrastructure is still at the beginning phase, as to reach Japan and SK's level.

Don't you think the tracks should be laid keeping future in mind, and the possibility of having 500kmph trains?
