China's CX-1 missile is not copy of BrahMos: Ex-DRDO scientist

haha,BrahMos is way advanced than P-800?so why didn't russians equip themselves BrahMos?don't lie to yourself, everyone knows russians never sell others better weapon than themselves.

If that had been the case - What made the Russians enter in a joint venture in which out of a total share capital of $300 million for development? Russian financial contribution has been 49.50% of the total cost that is $148.5 million - So the Russians invested $148.5 million for the development of a downgraded version of a technology that they already posses?

You are just alleging something out of your own fantasy - either back your claims with credible sources or just don't quote me to waste as my time.

Neither would Russia equip with Brahmos. And Indians are claiming that it's the best missile in the world. LOL

They already have p-800 with almost double the range of brahmos so they do not need to.
Its a different story p-800 is

1)Not as accurate
2)Has no land variant/air force variant
3)Is cheaper to produce though.

So russians are right in saving money. But they will not get the same performance out of p-800.

Doubtful.

The very thought that China would and could somehow "copy" something as complex as a missile, or any modern fighting machine for that matter, is laughable. :D

The very thought that China can "steal" as easy as winking top-guarded secrets of a certain country is even more laughable.

Our Indian friends are conspicuous by their absence.
China has been accused to stealing secrets of American nuclear warheads and F-35 stealth aircraft

Russia anti-ship missiles are meant to challenge the mother of all navies - US Navy and Western Navies.

India's Brahmos is aimed more at China and at Pakistan
