FYI Indian constitution is one of the finest in the world and is being constantly amended to keep pace with changing world. It provides for all the fundamental rights to every citizen which are unheard of in your country.

So Kindly don't get confused as any citizen who has been victimized has a legal remedy under our rules to get justice.

Furthermore no elected ruler can make any laws which can even slightly alter our constitutional rights.

public racism, mistreatment of children, women, farmers, servants and low castes are norm in India, it made me sick every single time I saw it in India, as how on earth a so-called 70 years 'slow moving democracy' is less civilized than those African countries that I have been to?

and the funny part is, for a decade I met many Indian students in London, and every time I asked them that whether they wanted to stay in the UK after graduation, they all gave me the same answer 'definitely going back' without a hesitation```but in the end, they all tried any means of necessary to stay in the U.K```well who wants to travel back to a backward yet feudal alike society after knowing the true means of living in a civilized modern world?

The classification of censorship depends on political censorship like human rights and government opposition, social censorship which is basically like ****, conflict/security censorship which deals with militant groups and various Internet tool censorship like e-mail and search. To no one's surprise, countries like China and Iran are the worst offenders of Internet censorship.

China will surprise you in 30 years if you are still youngh enough. Following are two Han idioms.

Of course China will agree freedom of speech, democracy, 1000 years ago Chinese officials already had rights of criticizing emperors, the mighty emperor, the God of Eastern world. I don't believe my people would be degraded.

So far in China we can criticize / comment administrative routine, affairs, policy but limited to comment government system, political fundamental and constitution. When everything is growing and developing, we feel it's stupid to change basically. Anyway, I personal hope America set up a good example, reduce inequality, racism (especially against Asian, because am involved ), decrease income gap, maitain social stable, safe, harmony and don't damage China, Chinese interests. I really admire US 10 years ago, I everyday read news in American newspaper. But the last 3 or 4 years, I rarely do it anymore, I already forgot the login account of CNN, you guys do things more and more messily. I don't want my country become America. America also need grow, my buddy.

If you are smart, then you should allow American media in your country. Real pollution spread without direction and control, like a vapor in a room. But that is not how media consumption works. No one forces you to take in anything.

Al Jazeera America is foreign owned. They hired veteran and critically accomplished American journalists to be AJA talking heads. The US government gave AJA license to broadcast. AJA ran whatever they felt important. AJA had the same freedom of the press just like any other American news organizations. The American people chose not to watch AJA.

Air America was created to counter conservative radio talk. Just like AJA, Air America had respectable and award wining journalists and even better, real celebrities to talk up liberal ideas. The US government had no say in what AA broadcast, as long as no profanities are in the air, AA talking heads can say whatever they want, just like conservative blowhard Rush Limbaugh can say whatever he want. The American people chose not to listen to liberal talk radio.
