Another tactics by Chinese to hide their nefarious design of diverting the Brahmaputra water to inland and using Doklam as cover up. They have not shared the data since May 2017. The standoff started in mid June. So these chinese have not shared the data for this year even before the standoff, because they have hidden plans.
