If Mr.Liu did attack the policeman, he deserved to be shot, no problem. Oversea Chinese SHOULD, and MUST obey the law of their hosted country. But if he is innocent, the policeman should be sued. It's very hard to convince the public to believe a 57 aged old man, with his daughters at home, has intention to kill an armed policeman in his own house....
But I feel this case is not easy to settle.

Good job to our Chinese brothers, defend your rights! Violence that is happening right now in french streets is due to the actions of the police, the unnecessary violence they are displaying will be their downfall.. These thug frenchs needs to be educated when it comes to human rights. You can't simply kill someone just because he's of another ethnicity.
