But Pakistan government has no roadmap to support mass EV. Best bet will be PHEV for Pakistan.

We need Electric cars and have a road map to phase out gasoline cars.

We need clean water, electricity and much more. But these do not matter. We will get whatever can help the government pocket more money coming via taxes/GST and don't forget hosakta hai koi Shehbaaz ki teesri chohti beewi ki aulaad invest kar Rahi ho.
