your concern are 100% valid but there was US base in the region in past. This one will also go through easily. The Jiwani is not that inhabited and remote. There was a very small population in the area a village of 150 or so people they have already moved.

Those are Type-41 subs, and I've read those produce less noise than other diesel electric subs.
