If u think china can actually mobilize their entire fleet without access to ports (most of the ports you mentioned are in neutral countries & will NOT HELP chinese fleet in combat mission. Especially against the US & currently the only operational naval base outside china are in djibouti which are right next door to the french & US base camp Lemonnier of which the US marine corps are stationed & the Chinese base will be immediately overrun), steady supplies of resources like oil & friendly allies to help with securing sea access across the entire ocean to ensure a steady supply line. (this why u don't piss off the rest of the world while trying to build a global navy.)

And of course, they will happily supply Chinese Civilian Logistic Support Ships that act as backbone of the supply in the beginning phase of Invasion
