I was saying the same thing to a Chinese member a few days ago that China does not assert itself as a rpower which it really is. Just look at Russia, UK and France to get an idea. China is much more powerful than these 3 combined but still can't match the influence/propaganda mechanism of a small Europian country. Remember you can't sell a product without advertisement.

this is 2017 so 3 years old but still fairly accurate...just add the gdp of the cities that you see and add like...a half a trillion on top of that since China's economy has grown since, go head, don't worry, calculators won't bit or short circuit...just make sure its not a vedic calculator.

Confucianism is only a means in the process of national development. But it is almost useless in international affairs.

Confucianism should not interfere in national strategy（please read Deng Xiaoping's 24-Character Strategy).

This is a strange phenomenon! A powerful country tries to negotiate with a weak country! And this weak country constantly provokes this powerful country!

In 1962 and 1967, China had enough kind and forgiveness for India. China thinks this can bring "long-term peace". But we forget that Indians don't understand Confucianism.
