Chinese are very realistic and practical people due to our culture. You can bullshit all the theory you want to us, but if we find it impractical, we won't implement it. Indians otoh tend to force themselves to believe in whatever they are doing, one of the reason is they don't want to lose face. They don't want to be wrong.
