The nuclear reactors we are giving to Pakistan are not the Westinghouse-based reactors. It's our own reactors.

The Westinghouse-based reactor is called CAP-1400 developed from Westinghouse's AP-1000. In order to export CAP-1400 we need to get the permission of Westinghouse since we do not own all the IP for CAP-1400.

The reactors we are exporting to Pakistan is the ACP-1000 which we own the IP so we can export it without needing approval from third parties.

There are three 3rd generation nuclear reactors:
1) AP-1000 (Westinghouse).
2) CAP-1400 (developed from AP-1000 and don't hold full IP rights).
3) ACP-1000 (own full IP).
