Would like to add few more points here:
1. Briefing happened but not in the manner written in given article. It was like p4+1.
2. US diplomat team was separately called and given briefing to some more points as well.
3. Japan embassy was not even called or shared anything. Thanks for this chinese.
4. Australian minister , bishop, today conveyed their understanding to indian ministers.
Now on ground reality:
1. Indian military planners are not expecting anything at Doklam but for the worst, expecting things on whole LAC. THIS is good thing.
2. What ever going to happen will happen in next 2-3 months, if any. Else stalemate.
3. China still not able to sell this standoff. Given the INDIA'S softpower image. Most countries undertone is why China is so angry.
