China launched the world's first 100,000 metric-ton fish farming vessel on Jan. 25 in Qingdao, which it views as the future of aquaculture and an alternative to offshore farming. The Conson No. 1 vessel will be delivered by the end of April in 2023, after outfitting and undergoing sea trials.

We should lend money to poor african/south american nations and then they allow us to fish in their territorial waters. E.g. Haiti or Cuba
No, our loans and aid are not subject to any political conditions or transfer of sovereignty.
Especially Cuba. Cuba is our most trusted brother, and we should help them unconditionally.

.
China has over half of the world total food reserve, one third of world total meat, over half of the world vegetable , 60% world aquaculture production... but the west and India still report that China suffers severe food shortage and famine every now and then.

. . .
But no matter how much food China produces, western and Indian media always report that China is suffering from a severe food shortage and is on the verge of a famine.

There must be problem with the data. China cannot produce 35% of soy when she import 90% of her consumption.

And everyone in China are saying India got more arable land. And US Arable land is also more than China.
China produces 60% of world total steel, but still imports steel from other countries.
