so I thought 300 million+172 million+28 million=500

Higher caste about 3% Brahmins, and 15-18% Kshatriyas, Vaishyas make it about 18-20%, so if you add the lowest caste Shudras and later on Dalits, Muslims and Christians and others it is about double your figure of 500 million, it is easily a billion people. Indians keeps on denying and changing the goal posts about the prevalent caste system in India...it is intrinsic and part of Hinduism, no escaping from it.

Yes Muslims as per Brahmins and high castes are all converted from Dalits...they regards them Achoot or Maleech as well.

Wow he was really shocked by what he saw in China. Must be first time traveling there. That's why I always ask Indians to visit China once then talk.

To me China is not fully developed until you reach SG levels of efficiency and aesthetics incorporating traditional beauty.

so true. Every time I saw the Indian making posts that laughing on China this or that, I would think, before such trolls, why don't you just spend few weeks in China, not just the developed cities like Shenzhen or Shanghai, but also the less-developed rural areas or villages inside the mountains.

But I'm not sure if they are economically available for a China visit.

It’s not fair to compare China and India. China is a country. India is at best an union like European Union masquerading as a country.
