Thank you China.
VN puts extreme pressure on CN company to complete construction and start test runs. Otherwise nothing is happening. As for the guy aviet, yes, he is extremely polite. He thanks everything coming from the Chinese people even if we are called as monkey and banana. You are too polite. Vietnam paid for the project, so it's just business. I congratulate complete of the construction.
Hehe, as if no pressure from VN, China can't finish the simple project? monkey is monkey.VN puts extreme pressure on CN company to complete construction and start test runs. No actually not. Made in China is not cheap at all. It is very expensive. Take the rail being constructed in Hanoi, it costs nearly $1 billion. How can it be a boon for poor and developing countries as Vietnam? many countries fall into China loan shark trap, they even not able to pay back the interests of the loans. They become modern dependent slaves.Win win for China and Vietnam.
The emergence of China as a technology manufacturing powerhouse is a boon for poor and developing countries the world over.
Many things are now affordable to all, not just for the rich nations.
Many 3rd world countries without electricity, especially rural villages, have to thank China for cheap, affordable and long lasting(battery) LED to light up their lives.
.
Expensive? Vietnam is free to look for Japanese and french. Then you will really understand the word ''expensive'No actually not. Made in China is not cheap at all. It is very expensive. No. The last hope for poor nations in Asia and Africa is Vietnam when we are capable to produce such mass transportation means with half of the costs.

Before China came onto the scene, these things cost much more.No actually not. Made in China is not cheap at all. It is very expensive. The rail was prized $522 million, but now $900 million. I won’t be surprised if the Chinese company increases to $1 billion. Nothing with quality made in China and customer with sensitive wallet. the quality is stated in the contract. You can’t demand more money ...saying ...Hey made in China is worth!Quality cannot be cheap. It can only be reasonably and competitively priced, which is good enough for a customer with a sensitive wallet.
It is time for Vietnam return his motherlandThe rail was prized $522 million, but now $900 million. I won’t be surprised if the Chinese company increases to $1 billion. Nothing with quality made in China because the quality is stated in the contract. I would say that is cheating the customer. Selling a product cheap then increasing the prize during implementation. If the customer refuses to pay, the contractor leaves a ruine behind.
Yes I read in many places where China is seen as the new messiah in Africa. China will help Africa to become a manufacturing giant. However I am willing to bet $1,000, the likelihood dinosaur return to earth is greater than Africa becoming a manufacturing powerhouse that can produce everything. If I remember the share of Africa in global manufacturing was 2 percent a decade ago, now thanks to China assistance to Africa, the continent share shrinks to 1 percent. Before China came onto the scene, these things cost much more.
Of course one must take risk to take loan to do business in the hope of earning a profit.
Free money on loan?
No Risk No Gain.
You must think it is easy to get a loan from the bank.
Africa is already benefiting from Chinese investment and trade since decades ago.
How can they wait for Vietnam?
Vietnam can join in as and when it is ready, afraid nobody will wait for Vietnam.
Vietnam is lucky that China is building the rail.
