China blocks Brahmaputra tributary

China has right to explore rivers in its territory. You don't have the exclusive right to the river just because you are in downstream of it.

That's the reason why India support Tibet exile government.

China can block entire water of Bramhautra if it wishes. Wont effect us much...but if we start damming Indus tributaries, you Pakistanis wont have much to smile.

Go on block it.

You Indians with your empty lame threats are getting too monotonous to say the least.
