China and Pakistan to hold joint Air Force exercises

China and Pakistan will hold joint defence aviation exercises in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (northwest China) during the period of 2nd to 22nd of September this year, said spokesman of the Chinese Defense Ministry Yang Yujun on Thursday.

According Mr Yang, the exercise codenamed “Shaheen-2” will be held in the Hotan county. The previous exercises were held in 2011.

Yang Yujun also said that China and India have planned to carry out anti-terrorism exercises this year in the city of Chengdu in southwest China's Sichuan Province.

According to Mr Yang, the joint military exercises are aimed at enhancing trust between the countries and developing further cooperation with a view to maintain peace and stability in the region.

Ok ppl can anyone tell me the best radar in pakistani f-16's??apg-66 or 68?

If apg-68 then which version and the specifications of that radar like range etc

Does f-16 have a dedicated irst??If yes then range will be appreciated

We don't have litening, only atlis and sniper. Plus non of these (litening, atlis, sniper) are irst, they are flir.

Another upcoming PAF pwnage over chinese pilots.

Not really about who beats who, this is to build mutual trust and give and take experience. Besides, the Chinese have more advanced systems with the J-10, and Pakistan will be using JF-17s, that balances things out nicely, as Pakistan will have the experience advantage, while China will have tech advantage.

Speaking of which, what were the results of the previous exercise, does anyone know?

F-16 never participate in any exercise except domestic or western exercises. I suspect that only JF-17s will be used in these exercises.
