Chaos at SC over Khaleda’s bail

. .
Not a good idea. As a well wisher of Bangladesh I would never advocate something like this.

Better is peaceful protests

Peaceful protest works in democracy. Bd is an autocratic police state lead by ugly Haywana. Give me one example where a dictator left peacefully.

Cant compare our politicians with arabs nor our citizens.

Arab dictators are too fked up.
Perhaps.Either way, better safe than sorry.
Remember, we have a hostile, hegemonic, terrorist state in three sides of our borders waiting like a vulture for any weaknesses.
Vai let me ask you a question.Imagine there's civil unrest & conflict in BD.
Don't you think India will try to take advantage of it to annex BD territory and/or to push their Muslim citizens into BD?
@Atlas, @Avicenna, @mmr & @Al-zakir vai & others, your thoughts will also be appreciated.

But india will push its citizens any way..with current BAL. Only hope is our armed forces. There are still lot of good army officers who are quite and passive now a days. But if worse comes to worse they will step in to boot out BAL.

Hasina can still fix it if her government is serious about corruption and not being so naive thinking BJP will show any mercy not to harm bd. More submissive bd is more india will spank bd. India is not a civilized democracy like canada or sweden. Anything indian politicians promised is just words. And its time to stop with 1971 bla bla ppl are just fucking tired of this shit.

I think India just wants a neutralized, non threat Bangladesh.

I don’t think it wants more territory or people.

It may try to push out people to Bangladesh however.

But that’s coming anyways, it’s just a matter of time probably.

Bottom line, is that this BJP government in India is bad news for the whole neighborhood.

.
but she is in power now. this is how BJP in india blame nehru for all the problems. So lame
This is the way of life.
if Hasina really think she did so well in economy then no need to be afraid of opposition party and allow them to carry out democratic rights and activities. not put every one in jail.
Because only voter count will never make any political party winner in Bangladesh. There are other facts.

In Bangladesh no election was fair. Also FPTP election system is a flawed system that really doesn't represent the people. How can it be democracy where only 25-30% voters can choose a govt?

And also democracy isn't safe for minority ( political minority) when it's electors are not civilized compared to other developed countries.

BNP's biggest mistake they failed to kill hasina and her family when they had the chance
Your ideology look extremely violent. Now tell me is democracy safe on the hand of such people who's solution is very simple and that is killing Hasina and her family?

You are living in Canada, yet you are not free from such anger, the developed nation didn't make you tolerant yet, so who will make the people like you ( who are not living tolerant atmosphere like Canada) such level of tolerant who can carry democracy safely?

This is the real reason Bangladesh is not ready for democracy yet.

I’m sure those BAL police has family and they sleep at night. Hit these BAL dogs where it’s hurt. They are not many in numbers.
@Al-zakir

I am wondering what you would have done if you were given the leadership of BNP.

Who needs an enemy if they have a well wisher of BNP like you?

Do you think that when AL family and police sleep then others are sleeping too? Tell me if all people will sleep together at night who will save Bangladesh if India or Miyanmer attack Bangladesh at night?

So certainly all people are not sleeping when AL and it's police sleep! The world is not like medieval era and even in medieval eras everyone didn't sleep together, because they knew that enemy will take the chance to destroy them!

You truly disappointed me man, I expected more mature solution from you ( not such childish gullible suggestion, since you are an arch enemy to Hasina and AL) to destroy all AL families and police. But your method is actually destructive to BNP itself and not for AL. It will backfire as soon as you start this operation.
After all God Surya isn't the real protector of Hindu AL ( as you believe) , so when the Hindu God ( sun) will be disappeared ( At night) , and you can easily kill Hasina and family!

You will never make a good general (sorry to say), I can bet my house on it!

Not a good idea. As a well wisher of Bangladesh I would never advocate something like this.
Well although the method of @Al-zakir is hilarious and far from reality, still I am truly glad that you do not support such massacre, so yes you are well wisher of Bangladesh no doubt.

I wish someday you ( only well wisher not everyone) will understand that Bangladesh is going through a procedure that is far beyond the imagination of common folks.

Better is peaceful protests
Thank you for this suggestion. I wish our people will also be calm once and then and only then democracy will prevail in Bangladesh, otherwise not.

To be honest i think India wants to be the “Chaudhary” of South Asia by hook or by crook.

It is created issues for all its neighbors.
Nepal suffered blockades, madhesi unrest & direct Indian interference in their domestic affairs.

Sri Lanka suffered LTTE & again interference in their affairs.

Bhutan again has become a vessel state of india.

Pak & BD, well we were separated by india so you can guess who was the beneficiary?

That said, india wont stop unless every South Asian state stands up and becomes another Pakistan (militarily) & puts an end to indian dictates.

Democracies but not political dictatorships.

What Hasina is doing is similar to what nawaz and bhuttos did to eachother, except they didnt judicially murder their opposition.

Indeed they will do . And also they will try to trigger a civil war in Bangladesh so that they can do it effectively . They can do it more easily using opponents of AL , because common folks will have no idea that India will use the opponent of AL , since the popular belief is AL is India's favorite political party in Bangladesh and BNP jamat is anti India .

But india will push its citizens any way..with current BAL.

Then, forget about Khaleda. She will die in Jail.
Who said that AL is planning to Kill Khaleda Zia in jail ? A dead khaleda zia is no use for AL ,so ,AL will not let her die in Jail. AL is just taking examination of the patience of Khaleda zia. As long as she will request for parole,AL will release her.

If Khaleda apply for parole , then she will lost her uncompromising image in politics and that will be her political death . And politically dead Khaleda Zia is much more beneficial for AL .

Your problem is you guys underestimate AL a lot , and that's the reason you guys lost all games
. @Al-zakir
As she should.

BAL is politically dead and it knows what will be the outcome if free and fair elections take place.

BAL will not go peacefully. It will have to be removed with force.

Zia Charitable Trust Case: SC rejects Khaleda’s bail plea

The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court on Thursday rejected the bail petition of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia in the Zia Charitable Trust corruption case.

The six-member Appellate bench, led by Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain, passed the order after hearing the petition filed against a High Court order that turned down Khaleda's bail plea in the case.

“The petition is dismissed,” the court announced.

The apex court, however, asked Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) to provide Khaleda with “biological treatment” as per the medical board’s recommendations.

On December 5, the top court deferred the hearing until December 12 and asked the medical board formed to treat Khaleda to submit a report on her health condition.

The bench, led by the Chief Justice, passed the order after Attorney General Mahbubey Alam sought time to file the report.

On November 28, the bench deferred the hearing on the bail petition until December 5. It also asked the medical board to submit a health report before the court on December 5.

Khaleda moved the apex court on November 14 challenging a High Court Division order that had turned down her bail petition in the Zia Charitable Trust corruption case.

The High Court on September 11 rejected her bail petition. Khaleda’s bail plea had been turned down twice before – on July 31 and September 3.

On August 8, 2011, the Anti-Corruption Commission filed the Zia Charitable Trust case with Tejgaon police against four people, including Khaleda. They were accused of abusing power in raising funds for the trust from unknown sources.

A special court jailed the BNP chief and three others for seven years in the case on October 29 last year. Khaleda later moved the High Court.

The former prime minister has been in jail since February 8 last year after she was sentenced to five years’ imprisonment in a separate corruption case.

She is currently being treated at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University. Her party has been accusing the government of not providing adequate treatment facilities to Khaleda.

BAL judges must be living in Bengal with their families.

Hit them hard where it hurts. Go after these ball less shemale BAL chakras.
