Turkey under Erdogan faces almost complete isolation with its neighbors. It also faces isolation with EU, which Turkey desperately needs since 40% of its entire economy base on trade with Europe.

Considering the fact that Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the entrie northern african region views Turkey as enemy, that Syria sees Turkey as enemy and that Iraq sees Turkey as enemy, i doubt that Erdos ways are sucessful in any way.

In the end this entire game is a farce anyways.
What we need is a clear cut. Stop any talks with Turkey. Stop trade and investment and sanction. Turkey chose its way and should go it.

I personally applaud Erdogans mad decissions, it makes our liberals cry who always wanted to tell us that Turkey is like us and belongs to us.
