Actually Pakistan lost the war by any standard used to compare.
It started the war to capture land and ended up losing more land to India. Pakistan Army was beaten hollow, it had to keep retreating giving more land to India.
Pakistan actually gained land , Chamb was captured in 1965
but what about Kashmir ? , did you won that sir' ? as this was the very objective of the war ,
if not then how did you win a war by starting it with an offensive operation Gibraltar & ending with a defensive one @ Lahore ? i can understand that these are some very hard but , also some very real & logical questions nonetheless , rants don't run in the real world , Logic does , so i ask again what is the logic behind your claim ?
Not only did Pakistan successfully defended and beat back the enemy advance but it also captured and held on ( did not return ) areas taken from the enemy on the Kashmir front.
