Chinese 'gharokeya' are notoriously noisy and toothless taxis without Nuclear BMs. One of the Chinese guy making fun of ill fated Russian sub marine Kursk, should know this fact that in next 20 years China wouldn't be able to make a submarine with same Kursk level. Washington: Congratulating Chinese people as they celebrate their National Day on Saturday, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has said the US is committed to the success of China.

The Secretary of State said that a thriving China was good for America.
