dude one could sprain their wrist if they hit the floor too fast :blink:

You're not supposed to hit the floor fast enough or from an awkward angle - Its a great exercise for burning fat, building stamina & strength in the upper as well as the lower body especially if you combine it with a jump squat !

Just Youtube 'Burpees' or 'How to do burpees' or something similar & then try doing say 20 of those & you may be surprised !
