Can Vietnam Rented 60 Su-30 fighter jets from India. instead of buying , rental is cheaper and fast.
I know India have Su-30 fighter jet in stock. similar to vietnam version. Do you think India will rent fighter jet to vietnam . Vietnam want to Borrow 60 more Su 30MKK fighter from India.

It will not be practical from the Indian point of view and this nothing to do with geopolitics. Our operational strength is at an all time low. We are more than 10 squadrons short of our sanctioned strength.

Viet Nam needs more fighters, upgrading the existing ones will not be enough. Right now, VN has less than 50 Su-30/27. We need over 100, because the Mig-21 is retired and the other few Su-22 is outdated.
