Can India beat China at its game with common satellite for South Asia

If could beat the shit out of China in Vedic times, would have devastated with Laser bombs from their space ships. unfortunately things have changed in the current times.

Rely on India's low-cost space? Or rely on India funny load capacity? Sorry,in 1970 China the first satellite (Dong Fanghong 1) was sent into space. Still heavier than the current satellite of India...

Bull shit. We have satellites weighing many tonnes now. And your dong fang hong was few hundred kg in weight.

It will not happen. Those countries do not want an accuracy of 10km.

Best Indian satellites have an accuracy of remote sensing of about 0.5 meter.

In fact since we use western components, our satellites have a higher resolution than Chinese satellites.

Wait for next 30 years. Your satellite is not good enough. What quality atomic clock has India produced?

The first article mentions an experimental device, not the usual atomic clock in satellites.

And as far as I know, China was facing problems in building reliable atomic clocks. They were working with the ones they imported from Europe.

Finally, India unlike China has access to European and western defence and strategic market, and can buy components directly from there.

why does a satellite have to be heavy ??

Don't BS things you don't know. First one is an experiment one but will be the most advance if put into use in near future that will make accuracy to centimeter. We use our own hydrogen atomic clock. Western will not export their best atomic clock for others. Simple. They want u to be dependent on their GPS system and not compete with them. All the off shelf atomic clock clear for export are not fit for GPS system but other usage.

Why use an outdated data to prove yr point in 2016? You think you are smart? :enjoy:

because within few years capability can not grow as you claimed. You guys exaggerates everything. Be it defense weapons or your space or nuclear capability. Your planes and junk so as your missiles. You have not carries out a single successful test of DF 21 anti ship missile and you tell it career killer. Just you show some junk missile and claimed that it is superior to anything in the world. Your scientist said that you guys were much behind and playing catching up. Now you are claiming as if your out of world.

Here is the chinese space capabilty in the word of non other than chinese scientist.

Chinese scientist himself exposing weakness of chinese satellite imaginary. The DATA which china used to buy from Germany, india had that DATA of its own since the launch of TES in 2001 with sub meter resolution.
India has only the mouth.
India is not even a satellite navigation system, Reference resources:Indian army mistook planets for Chinese spy drones.

Chinese DF-3 medium range ballistic missile in 1988 exported to Saudi arabia.
Chinese DF-21 medium range ballistic missile in 2006 exported to Saudi arabia.
China DF-31 and DF-41 are intercontinental ballistic missiles.
So now, what's the intercontinental ballistic missile in India?
A garbage country no matter how good his mouth... Garbage is always garbage, only the best mouth.

2001 data? That is 15 years ago data. And you claimed its few years?
Let me show you that I am smarter than you. Living in denial mode is bad for your mental well being. :enjoy:

@Surya 1 Living in the middle ages, and now his family is in power outage, he needs to restore power to see your link, let us wait for his interesting answer.

He will live in denial mode and pretend things dont happen. After 3 pages, I still haven managed to know what atomic clock India brag is going to put into their indigenous GPS system that can rival Chinese beidou-2.... I am still waiting, its not a hard request, right?

no we dont have our own till now. but we are working on it.

The ISRO’s Space Applications Centre in Ahmedabad is developing prototypes of atomic clocks, along with the CSIR’s National Physical Laboratory in New Delhi, Dr. Kiran Kumar said on the sidelines of an event organised by the Metrology Society here.

“We still have to make qualified and flight-worthy versions. Our next generation navigation satellites will carry our own clocks” when they start replacing the IRNSS-1 series after their life of 10 years, he said.
