If SEA Games being held by Cambodia for example they paid 40%, who covers the rest of budget? Their goverment? As far we know, Cambodia doesn't really have many friends here in SEA, who pay? Vietnam? ASEAN may be a "success" for now, but its policy of non-interference will be its downfall. Smuggling, Human trafficking border disputes are just the tip of the problems facing ASEAN and also Thailand got couped and no one does nothing. The only way that ASEAN could survive in the future is by further reintegration or we can just let nature take its course and just let it perish in the basket bin of time.
