Do you see the thread topic news? Cambodia is speaking against Vietnam's position on South China Sea!. Cambodia government spoke those sentences are historical fact. It already happened. 2) is true contradiction of this fact. If Cambodia was/is/has been a vassal state of Vietnam since 1979, how could Cambodia spoke against VN position on South China Sea? A vassal state who can speak against master's interest? .

Now I am about to address 1) and the map @TheTruth is asking me, with some common sense.

"If VN cannot force Cambodia to verbally support VN position, can VN force Cambodia to wage war against a larger state called Thailand?" . Do not forget Thailand is still US treaty allies, and VN is not. We are also have a good relationship, if not strategic one, with China.

Bro, Im a peace-loving person like u ,too. Im not proud of such thing, I respect Kam-Laos people, and just tell the Truth and the whole world also agree to that . We control their military forces just to make sure that they wont side wt China to attack VN like in 1979.

Bcz VNese respect Kam-Laos people, thats why they dont make some serious riots against VN, many VNese become Laos-Kam citizens and live peacefully with the native there.
